Description Duco-KZ Soap consists of Ketoconazole which is a broad spectrum anti-fungal agent, effective against a wide variety of yeast and fungal infections. Duco-KZ Soap works effectively against Malassezia, which is believed to play a major role in dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. It appears to have a greater prophylactic effect against relapse of seborrheic dermatitis than selenium sulfide.
