Description Euphorbia characias subsp. wulfenii Mediterranean Spurge. An upright, evergreen shrub with upright, leafy, biennial stems bearing linear to ovate, grey-green leaves. From May to July, cylindrical cymes of tiny, yellow-green flowers are borne. Grow in any reasonably fertile soil in full sun or in full shade. It will reach a height and spread of 1.2m.
