It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC. Vineyards This wine is produced from grapes sourced from a vineyard plot with vines aged between 20 and 30 years, located between 100 and 300 meters above sea level. Vinification Crushing and destemming of the grapes, fermentation in Stainless Steel Tank at a temperature of 25º C with periodic pump-overs for the extraction of phenolic compounds. Co-inoculation of Fermentation Yeasts and Lactic Acid Bacteria for simultaneous completion of alcoholic fermentation and Malolactic Fermentation. Post-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks.
